Beat that Douche Bag Up!


A good alternative to breaking stuff is to release all the negative vibes from your chest – to your fist – to a punching bag. Hit as hard as you can but don’t injure yourself. The stress caused by anger and frustration is let out with every blow.

Gym goers enjoy the work out for aesthetic motivations. Strenuous physical activities actually improve the mood of the person right after. If you are one who does work out, you should know that you feel much better after the session. Part of the factor that contributes to that light satisfying feeling is the fact that stress was actually released. But for people who are not into working out and what not – A good little bout with an object that’s designed to take blows would suffice. At least the bag does not fight back and it is way better than engaging in a brawl somewhere. This is something for the hot heads to think about.
